Senior Account Executive / Senior Sales Executive job responsibilities include:
- Create and establish prospect relationships in order to identify and sell services
- Identify prospects and their place in the industry in order to create potential business relationships
- Research and analyze sales options; consultative selling around client need and value propositions
- Maintain and preserve client relationships through the initial implementation stage
- Stay current with industry trends, competitors and market activities and contribute to overall product development discussions
- Recommend solutions and provide long-term value proposition by calculating business case
- Create and carry out company standards in order to maintain outstanding service
- Sell into the C-Suite level; negotiate final scope and pricing through contract execution
Skills & Qualifications
Senior Account Executive / Senior Sales Executive required skills & qualifications include:- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or business administration
- 5+ years of sales experience (B2B) in a data-driven environment, using consultative, value-proposition selling techniques
- 2+ years experience in HR Technology/SaaS, recruiting, RPO, recruitment marketing and/or a similar industry
- Proven sales success selling into high-growth, mid-market organizations and their C-Suite
- Experience with full cycle sales process, including building connections, creating client relationships and networking
- Strong experience with drafting and negotiating contracts
- Willingness/ability to travel as necessary
