Compensation: Base pay is $17.00 per hour, plus a commission and bonus program. On average, this is an additional $4 - $7 per hour (paid monthly) along with full company-paid benefits.

Summary.
Only people who fly in on private jets can use this exclusive rental car service. The company is family-owned, has been in business for over 30 years, and offers a tremendous amount of advancement opportunities within its 120+ locations.

Your day-to-day role would be to meet and greet guests as they land on the airport runway on their private jet and deliver to them their luxury rental car.
Our client is a highly specialized, elite company focused on the automotive industry, with an extraordinary emphasis on services. The client’s main priority is to deliver a luxury experience to their clients.
You would deliver 5 Star Guest Service to current and future guests, as well as, partners and their guests and employees. Develops business and retains and services clients in the specified geographic region.

You would be working at the airport. Airport is open 7 days a week and this is a Full Time W-2 employment, 5 days a week, 40 hour a week schedule that rotates between weekends on and off.

Must be able to pass a background check to be able to get clearance to work at the Airport. (you will be driving cars on the runway)

Must be able to pass a driving record check to be able to be insured to drive our rental cars around the airport property.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures each and every guest entering the facility has an exceptional experience.
  • Answers incoming guest telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of the hospitality industry as assigned.
  • Negotiates agreements with guests.
  • Opens and closes contracts; ensuring all required client paperwork is complete and accurate

Minimum Requirements:
  • Ability to work individually or within a team environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent - 4-Year College Degree Preferred.
  • Must be a self-starter and proactive.
  • Excellent customer service skills; commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
  • Excellent problem resolution.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
