The Position:
This position supervises the overall function of the guardhouse. This person is the go-to for all guardhouse staff. Reports any problems or major concerns to the Business Manager. This position is Monday through Friday, 7am-3pm.

Job Duties:
- Secure premises property; monitoring surveillance equipment; permitting entry
- Obtain help by contacting appropriate authorities
- Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures; reporting trespassers
- Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises
- Provide excellent customer service. Greet every member and guest with a positive attitude and friendly wave.
- Adhere to all company service and operating standards
- Remain in compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers
- Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues
- Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control and accident investigations
- Maintains and keeps an active gate and other required logs. Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities
- Checks all vehicles and person(s) for entry authorization by observing valid decal/passes and/or visitor logs. Issues authorized decal/pass and allows driver entry.
- Turns away all unauthorized person(s) that cannot be verified by a decal/pass, visitor log or a phone call.
- Watch for entry of boats or other unauthorized watercraft coming through the gates.
- Submit daily reports.
- Ensure all keys are accounted for in the lock box.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Any other duties as assigned by manager.
