Position Summary

To assist the Director of Security and deliver the highest standard of care possible to all guests, associates, and invitees. To act as a liaison between the Loss Prevention staff and the Dir. Of Security. To coordinate the effective and efficient delivery of security services during each shift worked.

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities.

  • Must possess professional integrity and dedication
  • Ability and desire to work in a team atmosphere
  • Flexible attitude and willingness to take necessary initiative for the resolution of problems
  • Good public relations skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick, sound decisions
  • Ability to obtain a St. Louis security license
  • Working knowledge of state criminal code


Qualifications

Experience

Prior security experience required.


Education

High school degree preferred.
