Tasks:
- Planning, organization and execution of Sea Cargo Transport
- Customer inquiries handling
- Offers preparation
- Invoicing
- Intensive communication with carriers, customers and business partners which includes:
1. Maintaining personal contacts, 2. Reaching the best rates through negotiation process, 3. Customer Service
Requirements:
- Higher commercial education or special education in freight forwarding
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent English language knowledge
- Accurate, self-initiative and self-confident personality
- Business orientation and customer focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and motivating attitude
Additional and special advantages:
- Previous experience at similar positions
- Freight forwarding or even sea cargo transport knowledge in particular
- Other languages knowledge (especially German, Chinese etc.)
