RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Scrum Master 3 in Saint Louis, Missouri (MO).

Summary:
The client is looking for a Scrum Master to support scrum teams in delivery of sprint goals and iterative delivery of software solutions that deliver business value. A Scrum Master will partner with the product owner to support product backlog definition, refinement, and prioritization to feed sprints. You will proactively eliminate barriers, coach team members on best practices, and run scrum ceremonies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Great communication skills
• Ability to be a SM for more than 1 team
• Assertiveness and initiative
• Ability to ask the right questions to determine why features or stories are bigger than estimated

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
