Current opening for two full time School Nurse positions for the 2022-23 School Year, working directly for non-profit agency, Kids First Health Care, providing services to Adams 14 School District in Commerce City, CO.

Competitive salary with benefits. 40 hours per week. Work schedule follows the school calendar. Monday through Friday. We have a fabulous team of collaborative nurses who work very well together.

Primary responsibilities include providing direct support to center based programs and school health offices; communicating with families regarding missing immunizations, protocols and timelines; and collaborating with the school nursing team to provide high quality health services to students and trainings to students and district staff.

Requirements for the Position:

• Current Colorado RN license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (will consider RN with relevant experience)
• Special Services licensure as a School Nurse through the Colorado Department of Education or application must be completed prior to employment
• CPR/First Aid Instructor Certification or willingness to obtain it
• Minimum of one year experience in pediatrics, community, and/or school health.
