Job description

Duties will include coordinating staff for nursing, as needed throughout the assisted living and memory care community. This includes receiving and promptly acting on request for staff coverage from supervisors daily.

This position works closely with supervisors and staff employees to provide adequate coverage in the community. This position also requires some on call duties. The person who holds this position must also be a C.N.A. (Certified Nursing Assistant) and may work the floor when needed.

Experience:

One to two years of administrative experience preferred.

• Staffing experience is a must.
• Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
