Schedule: Monday to Friday, On-Call

Responsibilities of Scheduler

  • Ensure excellent resident care by coordinating reliable and adequate nursing department schedules based on staffing guidelines.
  • Track absenteeism/tardiness and provide reports to the Director of Nursing weekly.
  • Inform Director of Nursing and Human Resources of vacancies, transfers, etc., and meet with new hires to review staffing guidelines.

Requirements for Scheduler

  • 1-year of clinical scheduling experience is required
  • Long-term care experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all personalities
  • Extraordinarily strong computer skills, scheduling software experience helpful
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment and has strong attention to detail.

Scheduler may start as early as NEXT WEEK!
