POSITION: Scheduling Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Operations Director
JOB SUMMARY: The Scheduling Coordinator works in the fast-paced front office of Accessible Home Services, Inc. and creates, monitors, and updates schedules for 70+ employees whom provide around the clock home care services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The preferred candidate will have the ability to accomplish both individual and team goals, and must keep client needs and employee satisfaction at the forefront of all activities. Strong computer skills, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to multitask are desired employee traits. Prior office experience in a similar field is preferred but not required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Associates degree or at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting focused on working with developmentally disabled. (DODD preferred)
An equivalent combination of education and experience, which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed below, may be substituted for the above education and experience requirements.

3. Experienced in multi-location employee scheduling.

8. Proficient with Microsoft Office, experience with Excel
9. Multitasking skills
Scheduling Coordinator Responsibilities:
· Creating/Updating Monthly Employee Schedules
· Work with HR and Home Managers in scheduling new hires for training
· Work with Home Managers to fill open shifts and call offs.
· Answer all calls promptly and professionally
· Work with Director and Program Coordinators with updating client data
· Filing, faxing, copying, scanning
· Office petty cash management
· Maintain organization of the common areas (Waiting Area, Conference Room, Kitchen and most importantly Front Office Area)
· Retrieve and distribute mail; post mail
· Work as a TEAM
COMPENSATION
· Starting at $15 per hour
· 80hrs PTO Per Year (plus paid holidays)
