Job description
Scheduler Responsibilities
Answer phone and direct calls as needed.
Create schedules in Well Sky scheduling software
Communicate schedules and schedule changes to clients and caregivers.
Log schedule changes in Well Sky and client charts.
Update client information as needed.
Log caregiver time off requests, attendance/tardiness, and other issues as needed.
Verify Timesheets.
File Timesheets.
Schedule caregiver interviews.
Interview and hire applicants.
Complete reference checks and employee references for caregiver applicants.
Schedule and run new employee orientations.
Monitor and record all caregiver training.
Update caregiver information as needed.
Communicate issues regarding credentials and training to caregivers.
Send a daily email recapping the events of the day to rest of the office staff.
Alert administrator of any client issues and submit a daily report on client scheduling issues.
Take an on-call rotation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
