What You’ll Be Doing:

• Produce timely results that are high quality and accurate with the four product lines Rusco provides
• Provide clear and concise details to installer and customers when scheduling jobs (siding, windows, doors, baths, kitchens)
• Close out jobs each week
• Provide strong problem-solving skills when it comes to scheduling, handling installer conflict in schedule, adjusting to customers’ needs at a moment's notice while working in a fast-paced environment
• Coordinate the scheduling of requests for field inspections including, but not limited to, pre permit issuance inspections as required by city, midpoint inspections, final inspections.
• Careful follow up and being very disciplined with time management and following the SOP's

Hard-Skills Needed:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• One year of general office/adminstrative experience
• One year of customer service experience
• Scheduling experience preferred
• Ability to manage time effectively
