Job description

As a Scaffold Estimator, job duties may include communicating effectively with craft workers and management to correctly design, estimate and construct scaffold builds based on customer needs. Time management and organization will be needed in order to uphold a high level of customer satisfaction. Providing mediation between crew and customers to ensure expectations, safety and budgets are met.

Reading and writing proficiently, following directions both oral and written, communicate effectively, tactfully and in a professional manner with all customers, colleagues and supervisors at all times, take notice of any and all warning labels and signs, work within confined spaces at times, proficient on computer and necessary programs. A good understanding of the plant and building locations as well as being knowledgeable in designing, constructing and using scaffolding is needed.

• Effectively communicate daily with all stakeholders using email, telephone, face-to-face, two way radios, etc.
• Ability to identify problems and work toward a productive solution.
• Use prior scaffolding knowledge and strategies to estimate cost and labor reasonably.
• Computer skills needed to create necessary files, documents, charts, drawings in Microsoft Office Applications or any other software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
