Experience Required:
1. 15+ Years of Experience in SAP FICO
2. Experience in one or more full life cycle implementations of SAP Finance (FICO), including their go-live support
3. Experience in below modules:
- General Ledger
- Account Receivables
- Fixed Assets
- Investment Management
- Standard Cost Estimates
- Costing
- Internal Orders
- AP Payments Processing
4. Retail Domain Experience
Good to Have
1. SAP S/4 FI certified
2. Cloud experience
3. Experience in below modules:
- Tax
- Treasury
- Banking
- Production Orders
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Lead and main point-of-contact for customer IT & Business teams for resolution of production issues, implementing enhancements and integrations for S/4 HANA FICO modules
2. Lead discovery of current state of SAP implementation and documentation, and implement improvements and best practices
3. Research production problems and/or enhancement issues and make appropriate changes to the system. Initiate action and evaluate issues to develop alternative solutions. Apply expert knowledge and experience to resolve problems.
4. Collaborate across business, technology and cross functional teams to deliver solution for production issues/problems and manage escalations effectively
5. Lead internal onshore and offshore teams to drive issue triage and resolution
6. Support all aspects of the project lifecycle for future business enhancements from defining business requirements, design, configurations, data mapping, integration testing, and deployment
7. Strong communication and presentation skills
