Job description
Hybrid Schedule, 2 days a week in office
Our client is looking for a SAP Consultant to join the team in support of several large projects. Daily tasks include:
o Creation of new local users in SAP
o Maintenance of the authorization matrix as updates are made
o Act as liaison through JIRA
§ File defects for problems in SAP
§ File change requests for enhancements needed in SAP
§ Coordinate and perform regression testing with local users and add documentation to JIRA
§ Status updates of each defect/change request (UAT accepted, closed, etc.)
o Monitor upload / interface files in SAP (helping end users when needed)
o Password reset for local users
o Run monthly processes
§ Revaluation
§ CO Close
o Activate Existing GL Accounts
o Activate Existing Intercompany Accounts
o Troubleshoot challenges within SAP
o Provide necessary training
o Build / Maintain BW reports
o Update FSVs (Account Hierarchy Changes)
o Lock / Unlock monthly close period
Perform roll forward into New Year
Accounting background is preffered
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
