ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop new and/or update current data models to support reporting needs, including composite providers, advanced data stores, extractors, HANA views, etc.
- Create new and/or update existing BusinessObjects Webi and Analysis for Office reports
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years of SAP BW development and implementation experience including experience with BW on HANA.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to customers in a timely manner
- Strong knowledge of building custom advanced data stores and composite providers in the SAP BW environment.
- Ability to code ABAP and make associated datasource extractor changes and/or create new extractors.
- Strong knowledge of building and testing of process chains for loading data.
- Strong BEx query development as BICS connection is used with BOBJ.
- Business Objects expertise primarily with Analysis for Office and Web Intelligence.
- Experience developing and using HANA views
- Experience developing and using SLT
- Experience in Business Objects Data Services (BODS) preferred.
