EVENING SANITATION TECHNICIAN

$1500 Sign On Bonus

This integral position requires properly cleaning and sanitizing all processing areas and equipment as well as maintain a sanitary condition in non-production areas (offices, rest rooms, loading dock, and refrigerated storage areas).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Nightly cleaning of production and non-production areas.

· Properly disassemble, clean and reassemble meat processing equipment

· Properly clean and sanitize equipment according to plant cleaning guidelines, Master Sanitation Schedule.

· Follow Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).

· Record inventory of dry goods

· Mix cleaning chemicals to proper dilution and keep records of those actions.

· Follow all safety protocols including wearing personal protective equipment at all times.

· Perform other duties as assigned.
