We support the Monterey County community through partnering with the Giving Hope Foundation. Each year, we provide our employees with 8 hours of paid time to serve their community, which could be used at our weekly food drive that serves the Seaside community or another service event you are passionate about.

Job Duties

• Greet customers and identify the type of vehicle that meets their needs
• Lead customers through proven steps that develop leads into sales
• Communicate sales price, close deals and complete paperwork
• Prospect to generate a stream of customers that visit and inquire about purchasing a vehicle from you

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and fairly clean driving record (no major violations)
• Sales experience in any industry is welcome - We will train you!
• Be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must pass drug screening, MVR, and background check

The Salesperson position has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation of $15.50. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.
