Bedrock Quartz is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to make a difference within our company by making sure that sales orders are being processed and that clients' home projects are being completed as smoothly as possible while maintaining great customer relations. Exceeding in the role of Sales Operations will require you to have a learner’s attitude and a desire to work hard and take pride in the work you do. In a sales op's role, you will be in charge of helping grow the company's revenue through retaining existing customers and bringing in new business by providing excellent customer service and showing expertise when it comes to the customer's countertops and appliances that go with them.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Must have qualifications – Highly motivated, customer-focused, excellent communication, attention to detail
- Preferred qualifications – Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Qualifications that would be a plus – Previous experience in the countertop industry
