Job Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team and ensuring the store meets and exceeds its sales goals. They will lead by example, providing excellent customer service, and motivating the team to do the same. They will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing training, coaching, and feedback to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets and customer service standards

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share

Monitor and analyse sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly

Ensure the store maintains a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience and repeat business

Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Knowledge of cell phone technology and industry trends

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Point of Sale (POS) software

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
