Job description
Sales Executives are professionals who help us build our middle market business via the broker distribution channels for Medical, Group Insurance and Specialty products. Their goal is to understand and meet customer needs using Aetna’s and CVS’ combined products and services.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 48,300
Maximum: 99,300
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

- Develops new business opportunities to ensure profitable customers and help grow the business through consultative selling, issue resolution and superior service.
- Ensures product, pricing and services meet client's needs while meeting Aetna revenue growth and profit objectives.
- Manages and builds producer relations.
- Identifies various ways to partner with the client by drawing from entire spectrum of product line illustrating a keen understanding of client's multifaceted needs and benefits of Aetna's full product array.
- Collaborates with internal partners and/or external constituents to uncover profitable growth and cross-sell opportunities within new or existing customers and to support post-sale activities.
- Coordinates sales materials, testimonials and subject matter expert involvement in support of the successful delivery of constituent presentations. Participates and leads constituent meetings including finals presentations.

Required Qualifications
- 1-5+ years of industry and sales experience depending on business segment being supported and the products and services being sold.
- Must be willing to travel within the Market (Louisiana/Mississippi)
- Health & Life Insurance Agent license or obtain within 90 days
- Knowledge of Excel
- Proficiency with desktop software applications such as e-mail, Word, PowerPoint, WebEx, TEAMs, Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications
- Middle Market (100 - 5000) experience
- 5+ years of employee benefits sales or account management experience.
- A track record of successful professional sales experience
Education
