We are seeking a Sales Executive with a passion for winning, a thirst for knowledge, and a hunger for growth. This position is responsible for actively selling Seibels’ Insurance suite applications and services to achieve revenue and sales targets. Our Sales Team Members embrace the frontline approach to developing new clients and enthusiastically engage potential and existing contacts through committed relationship management.

- Proactive development of new business.
- Drives interest and sales through strategic and solution selling techniques.
- Builds and maintains relationships with key prospects, decision makers, alliance partners, and industry experts.
- Leads and personally undertakes Sales activities from initial contact until sale closure. This will include contacting new and existing clients face-to-face as well as via telephone and electronically.
- Arranges and participates in technical and sales presentations to clients.
- Maintains a solid knowledge of the Company’s underlying technology, the range of existing products, and consulting services.
- Analyzes competitor products and activities and provides feedback into marketing strategies and product development.
- Presents regular detailed reports to Management regarding Sales and Marketing activities and success rates.
- Represents the Company at trade shows, conferences, industry meetings, and other avenues to initiate sales of the Company’s products.
- Maintains accurate records of contacts and prospects utilizing the Company’s systems and procedures.
- Manages post-sale client relationships to maximize product extension sales to existing customers.
Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- A proven, highly successful record of selling complex business applications to senior executives in large, multi-level organizations.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with enterprise software and services.
