HackerX is an events and software business that specializes in technical recruiting to help software companies hire top engineering talent. Since our launch in 2012, we've helped thousands of companies hire in over 150+ markets globally.

We're looking to add a motivated sales associate to our small nimble events team.

Your day-to-day will be full-cycle sales which includes lead generation and prospecting, launching email campaigns, jumping on sales calls, closing deals, and running our events in cities around the world.

An ideal candidate is:
A self-starter who can problem solve problems and operate with autonomy
A metrics-driven person who works hard and can deliver results independently
A people person who enjoys interacting with both customers and candidates
Passionate about startups, and wants to help grow the talent ecosystem

Nice to haves
Former sales, SDR, and account management experience
Experience cold-emailing, setting up campaigns, generating sales leads
Experience working with a CRM and familiarity with LinkedIn
Experience running events or conferences

This position is fully-remote and has flexible hours, has a commission component with no cap.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
