The Sales Coordinator position is responsible for coordinating orders to Caterpillar based on signed orders from customers.Benefits include:

- Scoring machines and maintaining all inventory for attachments and machinery for new, used, and rental divisions
- Oversee and give updates on machine processes from time of arrival, on-yard, to delivery to the customer site
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service
- Provide recommendations to improve decision-making and internal processes
- Bachelor's degree in business or other related field preferred
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills and proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, with experience using database systems
- Demonstrated successful customer service experience
- Professional phone etiquette
- Must be able to multitask and stay organized
- Manage and organize day-to-day duties
- Must be a self-starter and capable of working with minimal direct supervision
- Spanish speaking skills preferred
- Strong sense of urgency and empathy
