Sales Consultant
We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Provide low to no pressure, one-on-one, personalized advice regarding fine men's clothing
Acquire and utilize knowledge from management and other sales staff to enhance your own knowledge and techniques
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with kindness and thoughtfulness
Perform measuring and assist customers in choosing the best clothing that helps them look and feel good
Standard store cleaning and maintenance duties
Learn and utilize store Point of Sale systems
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is NOT required but is helpful
Familiarity with Mormon (Latter-Day Saint) missionaries and their clothing needs is helpful but not required
Familiarity with CRM/Point of Sale platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to understand a customers needs and address them
Values punctuality and efficiency
