We are excited to be opening a brand new 7 Eleven and Shell Gas Station on Franconia Road in Alexandria, VA. We are seeking experienced Retail Sales Associates to join our team! You are the person who greets and helps customers in our store and are the most important person in the organization. You are the face of our company. We rely on you to provide outstanding service; maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment; stock and merchandise products; and, naturally, operate the point of sale system. There is plenty of opportunity to grow in this position and succeed as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.

What might you do as a Cashier/Sales Associate?

• Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
• Drive sales through effective communication with customers
• Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in our store
• Ring sales and maintain cash control
• Perform all regular cleaning activities, and other tasks included in your job assignments
• Forecast, order and stock merchandise (with appropriate training)

While physical requirements for store employees may change depending on the store, the position typically requires constant standing, bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 1-5 lbs, and occasional lifting of up to 40 -50 lbs.

Hiring Now for Part-Time positions. This is a 24 hour location. We are hiring for all shifts. $14 per hour starting pay is for experienced, customer friendly, and professional associates. Prefer cash handling experience but not required. We will train.

Open interviews for our Franconia Road location will be held at our 7 Eleven/Mobil Station located at 4154 S. Four Mile Run Drive, Arlington, VA., 22206. Interviews will be held on two days. Monday, February 13th between 10am and 5pm. Wednesday, February 15th between 10am and 5pm.

Note: Training will take place at our 7 Eleven store in Arlington, VA on Four Mile Run Rd. Franconia Road store is scheduled to open March 2, 2023.
