Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and engaging customers.
- Aiding in the selection of the correct shoes and accessories to meet the customer's needs.
- Fitting the shoes correctly.
- Suggesting alternative product solutions.
- Presenting new products with thought and care.
- Maintaining stockroom order and cleanliness.
- Telephoning/ messaging clients to inform them of order status or new products.
- Meshing with current staff.
- Punctuality and flexibility to help by altering job schedule during busy or vacation times.
- Hourly to begin, based on experience, then commission after probationary period.
