Sales Assistant Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail oriented, self-starter, to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our sales department. This position is responsible for greeting guests and supporting sales staff by providing administrative, clerical, and customer support. Applicants need to have excellent customer care skills, along with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

General Job Duties – Technical Knowledge / Expertise

  • Greeting walk-in prospects, answering the telephone, and ensuring they complete registration information
  • Submitting daily tour report to Sales Director
  • Assisting buyers with paperwork
  • Procuring supplies, stocking, and assembling hospitality station
  • Assembling gift bags for guests and new home buyers
  • Inventory marketing collateral and office supplies
  • Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
  • Working with staff to resolve Zoho/CRM and other IT issues
  • Walking model homes to ensure they are show ready
  • Opening and securing clubhouse and sales office daily
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Sales Assistant Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry preferred
  • Fluent in CRM software. ZOHO experience a plus.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong numeracy and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
