Job description
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated professional Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for acting as a primary point of contact for our clients. You will act as a liaison between our Pharmacy team and our clients ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are passionate about fostering and building good relationships, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
We also offer base pay plus commission.
Requirements:- Present pharmacy services to new and established clients
- Meet sales goals; daily, weekly, and monthly
- Achieving daily metrics including generating leads and scheduling appointments
- Utilizing sales techniques to create provider relationships
- Manage and update client data in the CRM system
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to ensure understanding of all products and services offered at NPME
- Conduct analysis of reports used for lead management
- Participate in networking events, community outreach efforts, and expos
- Attend sales team meetings and individual meetings
Requirements and Skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent networking and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be professional, friendly, and diplomatic
- Positive and energetic
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Solid Knowledge of CRM Software and MS Office (Excel and Word)
Preferred
- Associate/Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- One year of outside sales experience and marketing is highly preferred
