Working Location Statement
This position has the option to work in one of our key hubs (San Ramon, CA, Tempe, AZ, Omaha, NE) or to work remotely as long as it is in within our 27 state working footprint which includes AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IA, IL, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA, WI, WY, NY.
Job Description Summary
Through minimal supervision contributes to the modification, testing, adaption, and/or implementation and post implementation support of short- and long-term software solutions to business and technology needs. Reviews system requirements and business processes; Tests, debugs and implements software solutions. Works independently in a fast paced environment on moderately-complex issues.
Essential Job Functions
- Application Support role (distributed and mainframe) including but not limited to data table, download and interface maintenance.
- Performs complex system administration. Monitors and validates tasks are executed based on business requirements and are in compliance with bank policy.
- Partners with IT, vendors and business system analysts in performing root cause analysis and recommendation of viable solutions. Serves as escalation point for department employees.
- Reviews and analyzes trends, proposes and implements changes to reduce problem incidents. Ensures accuracy of all incidents reported for management reporting.
- Ensures system administration documentation is up to date for all systems.
Required Experience
- Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
- Requires 5 years minimum prior relevant experience
- Prefers 3 years of hands-on experience on IAM solutions (SailPoint)
- Prefer strong understanding of controls in an Identity and Access Management- OPERATIONS environment
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and full understanding of tuning and available configuration settings
- Experience with installations, configurations, deployments and maintenance of IAM (SailPoint) components like the LCMs, tasks, batch jobs, etc.
- Strong knowledge on incident/problem management processes
- Good knowledge of DB concepts and have worked on MSSQL/Oracle DBs
- Experience on UNIX, Active Directory, RACF, w JIRA, ticketing tool is a plus
- Work closely within our IAM Technology Operations team, and collaboratively within all IAM project team.

Annual Hiring Range:
$87,000 - $138,000
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
- In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for Annual incentives.
