RN Supervisor Overnights
Job description

$7,500.00 Sign-On Bonus
Robinson Terrace is currently seeking an Overnight RN Supervisor to join our team.
We will work with your schedule! 8 or 12-hour shifts
Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to residents
- Establish resident treatment plans and care plans
- Monitor and report changes in resident symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding resident care
- Educate residents about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate resident medical records
- Provide emotional support to residents and their family members
Qualifications:
- Must possess a current NY state RN license in good standing
- Previous experience in nursing is preferred
- Familiarity with NYS DOH regulations and guidelines
- Dependable and reliable
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
