RN SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION

RN SUPERVISORS are key personnel in the daily operations of a home care office. From being in the field interacting with clients, caregivers and referral sources, RN Supervisors scope of responsibility is varied and rewarding. A mix of Client home visits, client service plan reviews, Caregiver/Client satisfaction follow up, social services, and customer service.

RN Supervisor Duties:

• Conduct home visits with clients/caregivers
• Review client/caregiver documents
• Support office staff
• No hands on patient care

RN SUPERVISOR JOB REQUIREMENTS

Essential Skills/Qualities:

• Current NJ RN License
• Nurturing ability (Caring, empathetic, compassionate)
• Articulate, with strong verbal and written skills and pleasant phone manner
• High level of emotional intelligence
• Creative problem solving skills
• Organized and detail oriented; good documentation skills.
