RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform skilled nursing visits in patient's home.
- Communicate with physician, therapist and all healthcare team involved in patients care.
- Assess, Monitor, educate patients and their families on disease process.
- Wound care, foley catheter changes and other skills to be performed in home.
- Document in a timely manner.
SKILLS
- State nurse license required
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Bilingual a plus but not required.
SCHEDULE
- Flexible schedule
Pay: $50.00 - $105.00 per hour
