Calling all Nurses!! We are currently recruiting CNA Instructors (RN Trainers).

This is a fantastic role to continue your nursing career path and work within a setting that offers a variety and rewarding challenges. You will have a large impact by providing nursing training and supporting the nursing homes in the metro area.

The Procare CONNECT program uses the OnTrack hybrid curriculum which consists of 43-hours of online, on-demand learning and 32 hours of lab and clinicals. The RN Trainer is responsible to facilitate the lab and clinicals (in-person) to individuals preparing to become Nursing Assistants. Facilitation includes skill demonstration, coaching, mentoring, and engagement. The RN Trainer promotes quality care and service delivery through the development of knowledge, skills, compassion, and attitude to the learners.

In this exciting role, you will work as the instructor to train our new employees and start them on the path to becoming nursing assistants. You will make a difference every day and help to provide quality of life-enhancing services to the individuals we serve.

Minimum Requirements:

o Nursing Experience in the United States | 2+ years

o Licensed Nursing Experience in US Long-Term Care Facility | 1+ years

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $38.00 per hour
