About the Job: Full Time with Call.

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assigned unit or clinic section within a hospital. Schedules employee shifts and ensures admitting and discharge functions are providing for optimal patient flow. Ensures that hospital resources are being used in the most efficient manner. Assigns patients to appropriate health practitioners. May perform other administrative functions as necessary. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. At least 3 years experience preferred.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of a school of nursing
• License/Certifications: Current Georgia nursing license.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS required.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience in specialty. Previous supervisory/charge experience.
