Job description
At this time, St. Camillus Health System is seeking a Full-Time RN Case Manager to work in our Jesuit Community. The Jesuit Community is home to many retired priests who require around the clock care.
THIS POSITION WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME FULL TIME!
How do I know if I’m qualified?
1. Current Wisconsin RN license.
2. Minimum of two years community health, home care and/or geriatric experience as a Registered Nurse.
3. Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
4. Ability to safely perform all of the essential job functions without causing harm to self or others with or without reasonable accommodation.
5. Must have strong PC skills including MS Office applications, data entry, and medical records database systems
6. Current CPR certification
7. Previous experience working with members of a religious community preferred.
8. When utilizing a person
al vehicle, a valid license and proof of current vehicle liability insurance coverage, as well as, a driving record that complies with the St. Camillus Safe Driving Policy.
