MUST possess a current RN License in Rhode Island & CPR/BLS certification.
MUST be vaccinated against COVID 19
MUST have A thorough knowledge of current and approved nursing practices and methods; a commitment to maintain competency within the field of nursing through regular participation in continuing nursing education programs, workshops, seminars and conferences; and related capacities and abilities.
MUST meet nursing registration requirements as required by Rhode Island law and regulations and must maintain such requirements as a condition of employment. At the time of appointment must be physically qualified to perform assigned duties as evidenced by a physician’s certificate.
MUST show proof of following vaccinations:
Immunity against:
Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR)
Varicella (Chickenpox),
Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis (Tdap),
Hepatitis B titers,
Tuberculin Skin Test (TST)
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
