- Total 05-07 years of NPO RF optimization Experience
- Having 03 years of hands on experience on OSS Based LTE-NR Multilayer (FDD+TDD) RF Optimization
- (Not just Audit & Monitoring but KPI degradation RCA, Recommendation, Parameter Change implementation, KPI improvement)
- Exposure or worked on Drive based Analysis for more than 2 years (RF Shaping and Layer 3 Analysis)
- Currently working on OSS Based / DT based LTE-NR Multi-layer (FDD+TDD) RF Optimization activities
- Hands on experience on any of the DT post processing tool (XCAP, Actix, TEMS Discovery, Nemo, Analyzer etc.)
- Clear understanding of LTE-NR Fundamental, Concepts and procedures i.e. Call flow etc.
- Good Know how of Nokia Tools and Products (Air scale BTS, NetAct, BTS / Web Manager, etc..)
- Solid understanding of Nokia Network LTE-NR Parameters, Timers, Features, KPIs and Counters
- (Manage Objects- Power, Load balancing parameters etc.., Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, Throughput, Traffic volume, Integrity)
- Exposure to Customer handling and Good & Effective at Communication & Presentation
- Ready to support Night shift
- Flexible, Positive working attitude, Team player, Result oriented approach, Good learning potential
- Deep knowledge in routine review of radio network Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Work experience on LTE, mMIMO or 5G and Test case preparation, FOA, POC, Optimization and Multiband tuning
- Experience proposing pre or post-launch Optimization changes and tracking improvements towards target KPIs/SLAs, local and global parameter changes and their impact
- Strong technical and soft skills
