ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Manage all aspects of Rewards Club operator, with the goal of increasing membership.
  • Handle public and staff in a tactful, diplomatic manner.
  • Resolve disputes and respond to guest requests.
  • Ensure prompt, courteous and accurate service is provided to guests.
  • Maintain Rewards Club efficacy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Prepare periodic team member performance reviews.
  • Hire, train and counsel team members within area of management.
  • Maintain accurate personnel and departmental files.
  • Ensure sufficient workforce availability to provide efficient guest service.
  • Exercise initiative and judgement, ensuring smooth operational flow.
  • Maintain open lines of communication to keep staff informed of all pertinent information.
  • Review shift operations, and make recommendations to improve service and efficiency.
  • Monitor Reward Club counter to ensure that all guests are treated equitably.
  • Work with Marketing team and Database Analyst with planning, design and implementation of marketing events, special events and promotions.
  • Contribute new ideas for promotions and events.
  • Participate in marketing events, special events and promotions as necessary.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, customer service and/or casino operations.
  • Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a Rewards Club setting.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience using player systems and kiosks.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.
  • Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Mobility throughout the facility.
