Collectibles Sales Associate

Retail Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:

• Serves customers by helping them select products.
• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
• Responds to customers’ questions.
• Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
• Provides outstanding customer service.
• Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
• Manages financial transactions.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
• Alerts management of potential security issues.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
• Learns and masters new product lines.
• Pricing, processing and listing of products on POS and Online platforms. Handles, stores and merchandises fragile or delicate products properly to avoid damage.
• Adds product photos using app on Smartphone or Laptop.

Brisk retail environment.

Weekends, evenings and holidays required.

Full Time and Part Time Shifts.

Retail Sales Associate Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service

• Product knowledge - expertise in Key Product Lines (Vinyl, Comics, Trading Card Games, Art etc.)

• Verbal and Written communication
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, team oriented environment

Requirements:

• 6 months Retail Experience required.
• Must have smart phone capable of using apps for product listings and photos.
• Must be available weekends and evenings.
