Deer Creek Winery is a local Pennsylvania winery located in Shippenville, PA. We have 4 outlet locations in Pittsburgh and the surrounding area and are currently seeking a Sales Specialist for our newest location that is a winery and B&B combined in one location!

Deer Creek specializes in creating a fun customer experience while providing our guests the opportunity to sample our great tasting, Pennsylvania-made wines. We love passion-filled and energetic individuals who are adaptable to the many changes that come along with the retail side of our exciting and growing industry.

Job Summary

Our Sales Specialist is responsible for providing amazing customer service and utilizing our specialized sales process while giving our Inn guests a great relaxing experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide the Deer Creek, customer-centric, experiences for all guests.
• Utilize our specialized sales process to achieve personal and company goals
• Simple food prep and serving as needed to both winery & Inn guests
• Merchandise the store and maintain a clean, professional appearance

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous sales/serving experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
