We are searching for a high achiever who is passionate, motivated and desiring to build their sales career on client relationships and exceptional service. We are hiring a Sales Associate for our Women’s Department in Wayne, PA, working with designer luxury clothing and goods.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess client needs and provide assistance and knowledge on products and brands
- Welcome clients to the store and answer their queries
- Achieve department and personal sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Clientele to new and current clients (Reach out, follow ups, etc.)
- Remain knowledgeable on products/brands offered and discuss available options
- Build productive trust relationships with clients
Qualifications:
- Previous selling experience in a luxury retail establishment
- Established client relationships is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong negotiation skills
- Must be able to work Saturdays and two Sundays per month and MOST major holidays.
- High school diploma; BS degree in Marketing or related field is a plus
- Bi-Lingual or Multi-Lingual is a plus
