Job description

Job Title: Automotive aftermarket customer service representative

APEXCONE is looking for an engaging and positive customer service representative with a can-do attitude. You will be responsible for helping customers with product selections, purchases, consumer and dealer inquiries and product support. We are looking for someone who is team-player and fits well within our team.

APEXCONE was established in 2001 and has retail locations in Vista, Huntington Beach and Chula Vista and is a market leader in aftermarket automotive and truck lighting needs. Products range from direct fit OEM replacement, to high performance LED / HID interior and exterior selections. APEXCONE is known market-wide as offering superior customer care, the highest quality products backed by the best warranties.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales, returns and phone calls.
  • Follow established guidelines and training models.
  • Help maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Possess a high sense of self-discipline and responsibility.
  • Display excellent listening / verbal / written communication skills
  • Knowledgable with MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to handle high sales volumes.
  • Able to work independently and ensure deadlines and targets are met.
  • Team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service is a top priority

Hourly rate base ($20-$30/hr) + commission (average $800-$1000/month)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

  • Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
