Overview

The Retail IT Systems Analyst Role will serve as a critical member of the IT Technical staff to assist end-users in the support, use, and configuration of company supported desktops, laptops, printers, POS systems, mobile devices, and remote access.

Responsibilities

  • Support, build, deploy, and maintain desktops (PC and Mac), laptops (PC and Mac), tablets (iPads) and mobile devices (iPhones) for end-users.
  • Troubleshoot, calibrate, and setup HP LaserJet, Xerox, and Zebra label printers.
  • Support Cisco VoIP phones and employee voicemail system.
  • Manage provisioning and administration of mobile hardware including iPads and iPhones via MDM software/AirWatch.
  • Provide desktop operational support of critical applications such as Office 365 (Outlook/Teams) and Point of Sale System (mPOS).
  • Provide remote assistance as needed to personnel outside of primary work location.
  • Adhere to standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support; on-call support as needed for our Retail locations.

Qualifications

  • Education: A degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years with Windows networks; Cisco/Meraki networks a plus
  • 3+ years Microsoft Active Directory/Exchange
  • 3+ years hands on experience with Windows/Apple hardware and software
  • 2+ years with hands-on Cisco VoIP phone/Call Manager knowledge
  • Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, etc)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Productivity tools and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with configuring VPN solutions (Palo Alto Global Protect) a plus
  • Experience with software/ticketing solutions - BMC Foot Prints/Sales Force a plus
  • Strong documentation and verbal communication skills
  • Able and willing to perform after hours work as required
  • A team player who goes above and beyond base job responsibilities
  • Excellent personal and professional presentation.
  • Able to interact with all levels appropriately and effectively within Corporate, Distribution Center and Retail Locations.

Estimated salary range:

$90,000-$110,000

Base pay is one component of David Yurman’s total compensation package, which may also include the following for eligible employees: access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, bonus, employee discounts, Summer Fridays (corporate roles), generous paid time off, sick time, and more.
