Responsibilities

· Take pride in your role and maintain a positive and efficient environment for workers and customers.

· Represent American Cannabis Company with integrity and professionalism.

· Greet each customer with enthusiasm and provide top-tier customer service.

· Educate guests about a variety of cannabis products including flower, edibles, and concentrates, providing information on cannabis products based on guest needs/requests.

· Provide guests with excellent, compassionate service to create repeat business by developing long-term relationships.

· Utilize store POS system accurately and follow all store policies and procedures.

· Support Store Manager and team in implementing strategies to help meet store’s goals and objectives.

· Inspire productivity by leading by example. During times of low staff or heavy sales hours, step in and fulfill required roles to maintain a positive work environment and customer experience.

· Follow compliance with federal, state and local regulations.

· Stay informed of safety standards and follow all safety guidelines.

· Maintain a clean and welcoming store, stock supplies and ensure the store is in excellent condition internally and externally.

· Verify proper documentation of each guest.

· Spin signs in fifteen-minute increments, twice per shift, weather permitting.

· Open / Close Store

· Other duties as assigned.
