Our company is small but growing and we are looking for dedicated HR specialists so that we can take on new accounts.
You should have a familiarity with the hospitality industry in Boston and ideally, work experience as an HR specialist for a hospitality organization.

HR Consultant Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills & intuitive hospitality
- Ability to anticipate client needs & effectively manage time
- Ability to train clients on HR elements as well as communicate with employees
- Comfortable working alone and with a large degree of autonomy
- Strong computer skills, including Office 365, GSuite & other applicable software
- Prior full-service restaurant experience preferred
- Prior HR experience REQUIRED
HR Consultant Duties:
- Provide high-level communication with our clients
- Attend and participate in client-facing activities both in person and remotely
- Collaborate in the creation of promotional material and training manuals
- Be a brand ambassador and help grow new client relationships
HR Consultant Benefits:
- Work remotely with scheduling flexibility
- Monday through Friday schedule primarily - occasional nights and weekends
