Job description
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our award-winning family-owned brewpub in South Reno. The ideal candidate thrives on navigating the complexities of hospitality management, achieving milestones and goals, and motivating staff to leads with a positive disposition.

REQUIREMENTS
- Positive attitude, drive, and integrity
- Must be clean and organized
- Excellent customer-service skills and positive, outgoing personality
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Hire and train FOH staff
- Ability to operate point of sale system for food and drink orders
- Experience in a high-volume bar/restaurant a plus
- Experience with craft beer a plus
- Engage with customers to ensure that they are happy with their service
- Motivate staff during busy shifts
- Create and staff schedules and ensure that staff members are available for shifts
- A degree in hospitality management or business management a plus
- Ordering and inventory management
- Program development and implementation
- Point of sale system management and sales data analysis
- 3 + years previous GM experience
