Resource & Referral Site Supervisor
Reports to: Referral Network Director
The Resource & Referral Site Supervisor will oversee the operations of the resource and referral site, providing direct services to the public.
MIMIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related field
- Two years’ experience working in a similar field or environment.
- Two years or more residence in the service area to be served preferred and must have a working knowledge of community resources
- Two years’ experience supervising programs and staff
- Must have a valid Driver’s License, proof of insurance, and must provide personal vehicle to travel (if applicable to position.
Essential Duties:
- Develop, promote and host community events, training programs and workshops
- Provide direction and guidelines for staff to accomplish assigned duties, contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Provide support and a positive working relationship with DHA staff and partners.
- Communication with supervisors and staff to keep apprised of issues and status of assignments.
