We are a regional full-service staffing company with a focus on light industrial staffing in the temp to hire, long term contract, temporary and direct hire markets. We are looking for a focused, results-oriented Staffing Recruiter to join our organization and be an integral part of our winning team in our fast paced Olathe, KS office.

Location: Olathe, KS

Schedule: M-F, 8-5PM Full time, Onsite

Pay: $45,000-$55,000 a year (based on experience) + Bonuses/Commissions

Basic Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Screen, source and review resumes
• Set up interviews and assist in coordinating schedules
• Assist with onboarding, employment verifications, etc.
• Review candidates online applications
• Monitor the jobs to be filled and executed
• Act as a point of contact and build candidate and client relationships during the selection process
• Other duties as assigned

​Requirements:

• 1-3 years of recruiting, Human Resources or related fields experience required. Staffing experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Proficient with computer technology, able to learn company-specific software
• Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
