Seeking qualified applicants to join a professional, tight knit, competitive, fast paced residential security team. Strong candidates are experienced, self motivated, energetic, forward thinking, physically fit and professionally capable.

Candidates will be required to pass a physical fitness test and firearms qualification prior to completion of probation.

Duties:

  • Safeguard individuals and properties from all forms of security and safety hazards.
  • Provide security coverage for principals, guests, employees and others in a way that is professional, courteous, and in compliance with policy and procedures.
  • Conduct daily duties as assigned and directed.
  • Monitor the CCTV systems.
  • Monitor tracking software.
  • Perform checks of vehicles, fuel, wash, service.
  • Perform patrols.
  • Respond to alarm/fire/panic calls and liaison with local authorities.
  • Meet and greet vendors/contractors/guests/friends of the family.
  • Enforce the NDA policy.
  • Document incidents via reports/pics/witness statements.
  • Logistically manage pick-ups and drop-offs as directed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required Education/Experience:

Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years in a personal security role supporting high-profile individuals, and a combination of the following:

  • Associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 or more years of law enforcement or military experience. (Preferably in a combat arms/ military police/ special operations/ medical MOS.)
  • Candidates should have, and may be required to provide proof of the following trainings: VIP Protection techniques, Motorcade operations, surveillance skills, close quarters combat, Advance work and CPR/first aid.

Certificates and Licenses:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
  • BSIS Guard Card and Exposed Firearms Permit.
  • CPR and first aid certification (must obtain within 2 months of being hired).

Computer Skills:

Position requires proficiency using the Internet, Emailing and Word processing.

Language Ability:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Math Ability:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form.

Working Conditions:

  • Able to work irregular or extended hours.
  • Able to regularly stand, walk, sit, use hands/manual dexterity, reach or stretch, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; speak or hear.
  • Able to frequently climb or balance, and taste or smell.
  • Able to occasionally run or sprint.
  • Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions and occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather); work near moving mechanical parts; work in high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock; work with explosives and vibration.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
